Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about our vocational AI income methodology courses, enrolment process, and what “formula” means in our brand name.

Evening study session for learners completing self-paced formula modules

Evening study sessions and self-paced modules support learners who cannot attend daytime cohort classes. Below we address common questions from prospective students, employers, and independent professionals researching training options across Canada.

Do you guarantee income or is this a get-rich-quick formula?

No. AIIncomeFormula Training Inc. provides vocational courses on applying artificial intelligence to income-generating work. The word “formula” refers to our structured step-by-step training method — not a guarantee of automatic earnings or a secret financial scheme. We do not promise specific income, client volume, or employment outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, skills, market conditions, and many external factors. This approach aligns with Competition Bureau Canada expectations for honest advertising of educational services that mention income-related skills.

What does “formula” mean in AIIncomeFormula?

Our formula is a structured, teachable training methodology — a sequenced set of modules covering foundations, client workflows, service packaging, pricing, productivity, and capstone planning. It is not a secret shortcut, investment product, or earnings guarantee. You learn repeatable professional practices you can adapt to your sector and client base.

Who are these courses designed for?

Working professionals who already generate or support income through client services, employment, or freelance work — and who want practical AI integration skills. Typical learners include marketing coordinators, administrative leads, consultants, agency staff, and solo operators. Career changers are welcome if they understand vocational training requires sustained practice beyond the classroom.

Must I complete all six programmes in order?

We strongly recommend sequential completion from AIF-001 through AIF-006 because each module assumes mastery of prior concepts. Exceptions may be granted for experienced practitioners who demonstrate equivalent skills during an enrolment review, but capstone credit requires completion of foundational workflow and packaging modules.

Can I attend remotely if I live outside Saskatoon?

Yes. Live cohort sessions support hybrid attendance via secured video. Self-paced formula modules are available nationwide. Some hands-on exercises benefit from in-person participation, but remote learners receive the same assignments, templates, and Q&A access. Corporate workshops may be delivered on-site at employer locations across Canada.

What technology or software do I need?

A reliable laptop, broadband internet, and accounts for AI tools specified in each module syllabus. We teach tool-agnostic workflows where possible so you can adapt as platforms evolve. Specific subscriptions — for language models, automation platforms, or design tools — are learner expenses and not included in tuition unless stated in your enrolment agreement.

How long does the full formula take to complete?

Sequential cohort completion typically spans six to nine months depending on cohort calendar and your pacing through self-paced segments. Accelerated corporate workshops compress selected modules into multi-day intensives without covering the entire capstone sequence. Timelines are estimates; your schedule, assignment quality, and coaching needs affect actual duration.

Do you provide clients or job placements?

No. We are a training provider, not a staffing agency, lead marketplace, or employment broker. Capstone planning helps you articulate target clients and channels, but securing work remains your responsibility. We do not promise introductions, contracts, or hiring outcomes.

How does pricing and tuition work?

Tuition varies by delivery format — live cohort, self-paced, coaching packages, and corporate workshops each have distinct fee schedules quoted at enrolment. GST/HST applies where required under Canadian tax law. Payment plans may be available for individual cohort enrolment; corporate invoices are issued with standard NET-30 terms for approved accounts.

What is your refund policy?

Refund terms are specified in your enrolment agreement and our Terms of Service. Generally, cancellations before cohort start dates receive partial refunds minus administrative fees; mid-course withdrawals are prorated according to modules accessed. Corporate workshop contracts include separate cancellation clauses negotiated at booking.

How do you handle personal data and privacy?

We collect enrolment and contact information under PIPEDA principles described in our Privacy Policy. Assignment submissions may contain client-sensitive material; learners must redact confidential third-party data or obtain permission before submitting work for instructor review. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
