Choose the delivery format that fits your schedule and learning style. All services teach the same structured methodology — vocational skills for AI-assisted professional work — delivered through cohort classrooms, independent study, coaching, or employer-sponsored workshops.
Our flagship delivery model brings learners together in person at our Saskatoon training space near Innovation Place, with hybrid attendance for those joining remotely. Cohort courses follow the AIF-001 through AIF-006 sequence with fixed start dates, weekly live sessions, and graded assignments. Instructors demonstrate workflows on screen, pause for questions, and circulate during hands-on blocks so you practise under realistic time pressure.
Cohorts typically include twelve to eighteen participants — large enough for diverse perspectives, small enough for individual feedback. You leave each session with action items tied to your own client or employment context, not generic exercises disconnected from your goals.
Coaching sessions supplement cohort learning or stand alone for professionals who need targeted guidance. Book one-to-one time at our coaching desk or via secure video call to review your workflow documentation, critique a client proposal, stress-test pricing assumptions, or prepare for capstone presentations. Coaches are practitioners who have delivered AI-enhanced services — they focus on craft and commercial clarity, not motivational rhetoric.
Coaching is billed per session or in packages. It does not include guaranteed client introductions, revenue targets, or business brokerage. You receive expert feedback on work you bring; outcomes depend on how you apply that feedback in your market.
Access recorded lessons, templates, and assignments on your own timeline. Modules mirror live cohort content with asynchronous discussion boards and monthly office hours. Ideal for learners outside Saskatoon or those balancing shift work. Progress tracking helps you stay aligned with the sequential formula even without fixed class nights.
Employers sponsor teams for condensed workshops — typically two to five days — covering foundations, workflow design, and productivity patterns relevant to their sector. We customise case studies using your internal process vocabulary while maintaining the same ethical and scoping standards as our public programmes. Workshops are training engagements, not consulting contracts with delivery guarantees.
Weekly or bi-weekly open Q&A calls connect cohort members and self-paced learners with instructors. Submit questions in advance about tools, scope disputes, or packaging decisions. These sessions keep the community aligned and surface common pitfalls before they become costly client mistakes. Attendance is optional but strongly encouraged during active programme weeks.
