Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 January 2026
Last updated: 1 January 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to aiincomeformula.one and your enrolment in training programmes, workshops, coaching, and related services offered by AIIncomeFormula Training Inc. (“AIIncomeFormula,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, submitting an enrolment application, or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. About our services
AIIncomeFormula provides vocational courses in AI-assisted professional skills. Our “formula” refers to a structured, teachable training methodology — a sequenced curriculum covering foundations, client workflows, service packaging, pricing, productivity, and capstone planning. We are an educational provider headquartered in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. We do not operate as a financial advisor, investment scheme, employment agency, client marketplace, or get-rich-quick programme.
2. Eligibility
Services are intended for adults and working professionals. By enrolling, you represent that you are at least eighteen years of age or have parental or guardian consent, and that information you provide is accurate. Employers enrolling employees confirm they have authority to bind the organisation to these Terms for corporate workshops and sponsored seats.
3. Enrolment and fees
Programme availability, tuition, schedules, and delivery formats are described on our website and confirmed in enrolment agreements or invoices. Tuition is quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. GST/HST applies where required. Payment is due according to terms specified at enrolment. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to materials and sessions. We reserve the right to modify future programme fees; changes do not affect fees already invoiced for confirmed enrolments.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on programme type and timing:
- Live cohort programmes: Cancellations more than fourteen days before the cohort start date receive a refund minus a CAD $150 administrative fee. Cancellations within fourteen days forfeit tuition except in documented medical or compassionate circumstances reviewed case by case.
- Self-paced modules: Refunds are available within seven days of purchase if no more than one module has been accessed.
- Coaching packages: Unused sessions may be refunded within thirty days of purchase minus fees for sessions already delivered.
- Corporate workshops: Cancellation terms are specified in the corporate services agreement governing each booking.
We may cancel or reschedule programmes due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, or force majeure. In such cases, learners receive a full refund or transfer to an alternative date at their choice.
5. Learner conduct
You agree to participate respectfully, refrain from harassment, comply with classroom policies, and not disrupt sessions. You may not record live sessions without written permission. You may not share login credentials, distribute course materials to non-enrolled parties, or use our platforms to spam, solicit, or promote unrelated commercial schemes. Violations may result in removal without refund.
6. Intellectual property
All curriculum content — slides, templates, videos, workbooks, assessments, and branding — is owned by AIIncomeFormula or our licensors. Enrolment grants a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for personal learning during enrolment and for applying methods in your professional work. You may not resell, publicly republish, or create competing courses from our materials without written consent. Assignment submissions remain your property; you grant us a licence to review, store, and use submissions for feedback, quality assurance, and anonymised training examples.
7. Learner submissions and confidentiality
You are responsible for redacting confidential third-party client data before submitting assignments. Do not upload information you are not authorised to share. We are not liable for disclosures resulting from your submissions. Instructors provide feedback in good faith but do not assume professional liability for decisions you make based on coursework.
8. No earnings or outcome guarantees
Our courses teach skills for working with AI in ways that may support income growth. We do not guarantee any specific earnings, client volume, employment, or business results. Outcomes depend on effort, experience, market demand, pricing, and factors beyond our control. Examples are illustrative only.
Testimonials, case studies, and sample figures presented in marketing or coursework describe past experiences of specific individuals or hypothetical scenarios. They are not predictions of your results. AIIncomeFormula does not promise job placement, client introductions, passive income, or minimum revenue thresholds. Capstone planning assignments produce personal roadmaps, not binding business plans endorsed by us.
9. Third-party tools and services
Training may reference or require third-party AI platforms, software subscriptions, and cloud services. Those tools are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Fees for external tools are your responsibility unless explicitly included in your enrolment agreement. We do not warrant availability or performance of third-party services.
10. Website use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping content at scale, impersonating others, or interfering with site operation. We may suspend access for violations without notice.
11. Privacy and communications
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Marketing emails comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL); you may unsubscribe at any time. Transactional messages about enrolment and schedules may continue regardless of marketing opt-out.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIIncomeFormula and its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or our services is limited to the tuition or fees you paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIIncomeFormula from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of materials, infringement of third-party rights, or professional services you provide to clients after training.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may be submitted to the courts of Saskatchewan sitting in Saskatoon, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
15. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting updated versions on this page. Material changes affecting active enrolments will be communicated via email where practicable. Continued participation after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance for non-material updates.
